This joint venture will be engaged in the design of all types of electrical networks and energy facilities using innovative technologies.

The agreement on this was signed on September 24, 2019 at the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan with representatives of the company "Assystem Engineering and Operation Services S.A.S." (France).

The joint venture is established together with the French partner company and JSC "Uzenergoinjiniring" and will operate in the form of a limited liability company in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The activities of the joint venture "Uzenergoengineering-Assystem" are based on innovative technologies and modern scientific achievements in the design of all types of electrical networks and energy facilities.

It should be added that the signed agreement is the most important stage in the cooperation between the Ministry of Energy and the French company "Assystem".

In addition, in May of this year, the parties signed a memorandum of understanding on mutually beneficial technical cooperation in the field of energy. This document is of great importance as it is aimed at encouraging new forms of technical cooperation between the parties, including the development and management of projects in the field of energy.
