ULUGBEK MUSTAFOYEV: OUR MAIN GOAL IS TO PROVIDE UNINTERRUPTED ELECTRICITY TO THE POPULATION

A press conference was held by "Regional Electric Networks" JSC on activities in 2019. Chairman Ulugbek Mustafoyev noted that serious attention is being paid by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev to meeting people most important needs.

According to the Presidential Resolution of March 27, the joint-stock company "Regional Electric Networks" was established. During 2019, 7,289.1 kilometers of networks and 2,701 transformer points were modernized.

A "Call-center" with number "1154" was put into operation. Modern electricity meters have been installed in over 3 million households in 68 districts and cities. By end of 2020, 7 million consumers will be connected to this system.

During the pilot project, the payment level for consumed energy increased to 99 percent.
