CALL-CENTER SERVICES ORGANIZED FOR CONSUMERS

A "Call-center" with short number "1154" has been put into operation to respond to population appeals regarding electricity supply in a timely manner.

The service is multi-channel, operates 24/7 in Uzbek and Russian languages. Consumers can find out information about electricity debt, payments and other information through phone calls.

The Service Desk software has been implemented to register appeals from the population.
