In accordance with Article 58 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Joint Stock Companies and Protection of Shareholders Rights", in a company where all ordinary shares belong to one shareholder, general meetings of shareholders are not held.

Due to the fact that all ordinary shares of JSC "Uzbekenergo" belong to one shareholder, a general meeting of shareholders is not held.
